Property inspections
Documented property condition and occupancy inspections with photographs — so you can make decisions about an asset without standing in front of it.
Overview
A note saying a property looks fine is not evidence. What an owner, lender or asset manager actually needs is dated photographs, a clear account of what was observed, and enough detail to decide what happens next.
That is what our inspections produce. We go to the property, document condition and occupancy indicators, photograph what matters, and return it in a form you can file or forward.
Inspections can be one-off — before a purchase decision, after a storm, when something feels wrong — or scheduled on a recurring basis across a portfolio.
What’s included
A documented account of the property's current state.
Indicators of whether a property is occupied and by whom.
The visual record that makes the report usable.
Recurring visits across one property or a portfolio.
Checks after something happens.
Delivered in a form your file can use.
We provide documented condition and occupancy reporting as a field service. This is not a licensed home inspection, an appraisal, or an engineering assessment — if a property needs one of those, we will tell you.
Send the address and the scope. We will confirm what we can take on, when we can be on site, and what it costs.
