Property preservation
Securing, winterizing, clearing and maintaining vacant and distressed property so it holds condition between owners — with documentation on every visit.
Overview
An unsecured back door, a lot that has not been cut in six weeks, pipes left charged through a freeze — each one turns a manageable property into an expensive one, and none of them announce themselves to an owner who is not on site.
Preservation work exists to interrupt that. We take the property from whatever state it is in to secure, clear and stable, then keep it there on whatever schedule the asset requires.
Every visit comes back photographed. If we find something outside the ordered scope — damage, an occupancy issue, a hazard — you hear about it with pictures rather than discovering it later.
What’s included
Bringing a property to a secured state and controlling access.
Seasonal protection for vacant property ahead of Texas freeze events.
Clearing interior and exterior contents so the property can move forward.
Initial cuts on overgrown lots and recurring upkeep after that.
Keeping the outside of the property presentable and protected.
Photographic evidence of the property before, during and after work.
Preservation scopes vary a lot by property. Send the address and the condition you believe it is in — if it turns out to be worse on arrival, we tell you before doing extra work, not after.
Send the address and the scope. We will confirm what we can take on, when we can be on site, and what it costs.
