Services
Property preservation, maintenance, inspections and REO field work.
Four service lines that cover the life of a property — securing it when it goes vacant, maintaining it while it is held, documenting its condition, and preparing it for the next owner.

Initial cuts on overgrown lots, recurring grass cuts, edging and general yard upkeep.
Debris & haul-off
Interior and exterior debris removal, full cleanouts, and disposal.
Securing & lock changes
Re-keying, lockbox installation, and securing openings where appropriate.
Winterization

Make-ready & turnovers
Clean, repair and prepare a unit between tenants or ahead of listing.
Scoping and pricing
How a job gets priced.
Pricing depends on the property, the condition and the scope — an overgrown half-acre lot is not the same job as a townhouse yard, and a full cleanout is not the same as a debris pickup.
Send the address and what you need. We will come back with what we can do and what it costs before anything starts, so there are no surprises at the invoice.
Send the request
Give us the property address and what it needs. Photos help, but a short description is enough to start.
Assess the property
We confirm scope, access and condition — and tell you if anything on site changes what the job actually requires.
Complete and document
Crews do the work to spec and capture photos and notes as they go.
Close out and follow up
You get the completed work order with documentation, and we schedule any recurring visits.
